Welcome to our very first ever blog post! Also, thanks for your special interest in T&D Mosquito Control! We hope you find our first post both interesting and educational. We’ll begin by sharing some tips that can help you start preventing mosquitoes in your yard as early as tomorrow!

The first step in reducing the mosquito population in your yard is to check for all sources of standing water. Remove or turn over any buckets, containers, or other items that may collect rain water. Change out the water in your bird baths every three days to prevent mosquitoes from breeding in them.

Abandoned pools should also be treated regularly. We recommend using BTI Mosquito Dunks if you are the do-it-yourself type. However, we do offer treatment services for standing water, such as abandoned pools, as part of our all-inclusive treatment system. Consider scheduling an appointment with us if you are feeling overwhelmed by the task of eliminating the mosquitoes in your yard.

We continuously monitor both mosquito population and weather conditions and adjust your tailored treatment strategy as needed. We guarantee results starting as low as $50 a month. If you have any questions or concerns, send us a message and we’ll be glad to help.
